Welcome to Perfect Vents. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the Dealer Portal, and the purchase of our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use our site if you disagree with any part of these terms. All users, including authorized dealers, are expected to comply with these guidelines.
2. Dealer Portal Access
Authorized dealers are granted access to a secure Dealer Portal for placing orders and managing account details. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Perfect Vents reserves the right to terminate portal access for any violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
3. Limited Warranty Summary
Perfect Vents Inc. manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal service and use for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase. This Warranty extends only to the Original Purchaser (the end consumer).
Proper Installation and Use
Our warranty requires proper installation, which includes using the Perfect Vent Template and ensuring the metal Support Plate is installed under the vent cover. Our products are not covered for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or the sliding of heavy furniture across the vents.
HVAC System Exclusion
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and end user to ensure that Perfect Vents products are compatible with their HVAC system. This Warranty does not cover any repair or replacement of an HVAC system, furnace, electrical components, or any mechanical damage resulting from the installation and use of our products.

4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PERFECT VENTS’ MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
5. Disclaimer
This Warranty and the remedies set out above are exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties and remedies, oral or written, express or implied. Perfect Vents expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties not stated in this Warranty. Perfect Vents disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
